Appendix 1

Booklets CAM B14d, CAM B15b and CAM B15f each contain two examples of five different designs. The two examples of each design differ in minor design details and have therefore been listed individually. However, the minor details differentiating the two stamps of Types CAM 141, CAM 143, CAM 151 and CAM 153 are very difficult to detect, even with a powerful magnifier, and have consequently not been listed here.

The illustrations here are of the types in Booklet CAM B14d. I have also compared these stamps against Booklets CAM B15b and CAM B15f, and can confirm that the same differences apply to stamps of those booklets.
