Appendix 1

At least two different printings exist of six stamps of the 03/06 imprint date. The reason for this is that only four of the stamps in Booklet GOR B12b show the (presumably correct) date of 02/06, with the remaining six showing a date of 03/06. There are a number of differences between the two printings of these stamps, although in many cases they are so minor they can only really be differentiated under a powerful magnifier. In these enlargements, relevant portions of stamps from both booklets are shown; stamps from GOR B12b are shown at the left of the enlargment and stamps from GOR B12c are shown at the right of the enlargement.

Appendix 2

At least two different printings exist of stamps of the 11/08 imprint date. All stamps from these two printings show at least a minor difference in placement of the text and company logo, but in most cases this requires close study and copies of both whole booklets to compare the stamps against. The enlargements shown below show these differences as well as possible considering how small they are; unless otherwise stated, the only detectable differences are these very minor differences in placement. In all cases, stamps from GOR B14h(1) are shown at the left of the enlargment and stamps from GOR B14h(2) are shown at the right of the enlargement.
